Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Ice Miller, Stinson Leonard Street and Dorsey & Whitney have been added to the firms that have attained WILEF’s Gold Standard Certification, bringing the total to 35 firms as of the August 1 deadline.

WILEF’s Gold Standard Certification, a program now in its sixth year, became harder to obtain following the decision to tighten some of the criteria that firms must meet to demonstrate their commitment to promoting and fairly compensating women.

The previous 31 firms were revealed in June.

Hughes Hubbard and Stinson Leonard have now met the criteria for the sixth year.
