In 2020, 55 firms achieved the US Gold Standard and 9 firms achieved the UK Gold Standard

At the submission deadline of December 18, 2020, seven additional firms have met the US Gold Standard and one additional firm met the UK Gold Standard criteria. The US firms are Arent Fox, DLA Piper, Davis Polk & Wardwell, Fisher Phillips, Freshfields, Lathrop GPM, and Paul Hastings, who met the US and UK Gold Standard.  The six criteria cover the number of women among equity partners, in firm leadership positions, and in the ranks of their most highly compensated partners.

Davis Polk & Wardwell and DLA Piper (US) are eight-time Gold Standard firms; Paul Hastings is a six-time US Gold Standard Firm and a first-time UK Gold Standard firm; Arent Fox, Fisher Phillips, and Freshfields are first-time Gold Standard firms.  The combined Lathrop GPM is a first-time Gold Standard firm.  As Lathrop & Gage, it achieved the Gold Standard in 2015.

Forty-eight attained the Gold Standard by the first deadline in June.
