In 2019, 53 firms achieved the US Gold Standard and 10 firms achieved the UK Gold Standard

At the submission deadline of December 31, 2019, eight additional firms have met the US Gold Standard and one additional firm met the UK Gold Standard criteria. The US firms are Covington & Burling, Davis Polk & Wardwell, DLA Piper (US), Fredrikson & Byron, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Stinson, White & Case, and Winston & Strawn. The UK firm is White & Case. The six criteria cover the number of women among equity partners, in firm leadership positions, and in the ranks of their most highly compensated partners.

Stinson is a nine-time Gold Standard firm; Davis Polk & Wardwell and DLA Piper (US) are seven-time Gold Standard firms; Fredrikson & Byron is a four-time Gold Standard firm; Winston & Strawn is a second-time Gold Standard firm; and White & Case and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher are first-time Gold Standard Firms.  White & Case is a first-time UK Gold Standard firm.

Forty-five attained the Gold Standard by the first deadline in June.
