Four more firms have met the Gold Standard criteria: Dentons US; Davis Wright & Tremaine; Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart; and Ice Miller.

Last month, WILEF announced that 42 firms had met the Gold Standard criteria as of June 1. The six criteria cover the number of women among equity partners, in firm leadership positions, and in the ranks of their most highly compensated partners.

The most recent four firms have all previously been Gold Standard recipients. Dentons is a six-time Gold Standard firm; Davis Wright is an eight-time Gold Standard firm (once again it met all six criteria),  Ogletree, Deakins is a four-time Gold Standard firm (this year meeting all six criteria); and Ice Miller is a two-time Gold Standard firm.
