With 2018 coming to an end, 50 firms have achieved the Gold Standard.

At the submission deadline of December 12, 2018, four additional firms have met the Gold Standard criteria: Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, DLA Piper (US), Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner and Winston & Strawn. The six criteria cover the number of women among equity partners, in firm leadership positions, and in the ranks of their most highly compensated partners.

DLA Piper (US) and Finnegan Henderson are six-time Gold Standard firms. Buchanan Ingersoll is a three-time Gold Standard firm and Winston & Strawn is a first-time Gold Standard firm.

Forty-two firms attained the Gold Standard by the first deadline in June.
